9.4 Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of the platform exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Parovirexis in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (AUD $100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parovirexis and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
